Hi, I’m Nicole, thanks for clicking on my page.

I’m a Communication and Conflict Expert and my mission is to support Leaders and their teams who are challenged by difficult conversations in the Workplace.

These are the ones many Leaders or Business Owners avoid because they shy away from confrontation or don’t have the skills, knowledge, courage or tools to manage them confidently.

The result? Communication and relationships crumble, toxic behaviours increase, discord and silent resentments bubble away and those that remain start to lose respect for their leader, who then takes a long hard look at their own leadership abilities and wonders whether they are up to the job.

And all this because a conversation didn’t happen or happen well!

I work with clients in a number of ways depending on specific needs through 1:2:1 Coaching, Consulting, Bespoke Training and Workplace Mediation

I offer support to:

? Crack the code to difficult conversations (which is currently an enigma!)
? Explore why the conversation feels challenging, what they struggle with and how to overcome their awkwardness, fear and aversion.
